How can my client sign up for online statements?

How do I get a copy of my client’s statement sent to me?
Your client can elect to have statements sent to you by completing the Request to Add or Change Third-Party Statement Recipient.  

Where are the forms for changing items related to my client’s account?
All forms can be found in the Forms section.

How does my client pay off their SBLOC?
Please see Payment/Payoff Instructions, or call the Financial Professional Help Line at 877.872.9397 for customized payoff instructions including payoff amounts.

Where are my client’s checks?
Your client’s checks are ordered on the same day that the loan is established, after the application and all required documentation has been submitted to Hilliard Lyons Private Banking.  To ensure timeliness of account opening and processing, please ensure that you and your client have completed and signed the application and have included all supporting documentation as outlined in the Documentation Matrix.  Checks arrive, usually within 7-14 business days from establishment.
